Kids Free Fishing Weekend

Each year on the first weekend in May some 6000 children participate in Kids Free Fishing Weekend. The Messenger II Spaceship lands at Los Gatos Creek Park in Campbell during a festive weekend where children 17 and younger enjoy two days of fishing fun while recognizing the wonder of mother nature and our water resources. Pumpkins in the Park

Every October, the Messenger II Spaceship also docks at Pumpkins in the Park. Held in Discovery Meadow next to the Children’s Discovery Museum in San Jose, the event attracts thousands of children, has a free kids concert, and oh yeah... lots and lots of pumpkins... click here for more.
